Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, an essential component in modern power transmission networks. This isolation disconnect switch, engineered for robustness and precision, is specially designed for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high-voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Seamlessly manage the flow of electricity by opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits effortlessly, even when the voltage is present, ensuring reliability and safety.
Crafted for excellence, this switch is perfect for single-phase use in three-phase line systems. Its simple yet efficient design offers a blend of cost-effectiveness and ease of use. Available in a range of rated currents—200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps—these switches are constructed with a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section. Utilizing a gate knife structure for impeccable circuit management, each phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades complemented by external compression springs. Adjusting the spring height fine-tunes the essential contact pressure for optimal performance. Operate this switch with ease using an insulated hook stick, and benefit from its built-in self-locking device for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
The switch is designed to perform at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters.
Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures, the switch operates efficiently with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C.
Engineered for resilience, it endures outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second.
With a seismic intensity tolerance of up to 8 degrees, the installation site is recommended to remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
For optimal performance, the installation area should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive mediums that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Annual Maintenance Checklist: Regularly inspect the following parts for optimal performance and longevity of the switch.
Consistently clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain efficient functionality.
Thoroughly examine each component for signs of damage, with particular attention to the integrity of the insulating porcelain bottle, checking for any damage or cracks.
Evaluate the condition of the conductive part's contact surface to ensure it remains in excellent working order.
