(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is a top-of-the-line solution specially engineered for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It efficiently opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits without bearing any load, while maintaining voltage presence, ensuring reliable performance every time.
Crafted for excellence, the switch is optimized for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, boasting a simple yet robust structure. Its design prioritizes cost-effectiveness and ease of use, available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch is a composite of a sturdy base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section, utilizing a gate knife configuration for precise circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife is equipped with dual conductive blades and external compression springs on both sides. Adjustments to the spring's height ensure the contact pressure is perfectly aligned for optimal switch performance. An insulated hook stick facilitates easy operation, while a self-locking device enhances safety and reliability.
Working Environment:
Suitable for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Engineered to endure temperatures: maximum of +40°C and minimum of -30°C;
Withstands outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters per second;
Designed for seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees, ensuring stability in areas free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other hazardous or corrosive substances that may severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity integrity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation Work
Conduct thorough annual inspections on the following parts of the switch:
Carefully eliminate dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces.
Examine all components for potential damage, with a keen focus on inspecting the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surfaces.
