(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, commonly known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for seamless operation in 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It expertly facilitates the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits while proficiently managing voltage presence, ensuring unmatched performance.
The switch, designed for optimal single-phase use in three-phase line systems, stands out with its streamlined structure, affordability, and user-friendly operation. It is available in a variety of rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch comprises a robust base, durable post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a precise mechanical section. Leveraging a gate knife structure for reliable circuit control, each phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on both sides. Adjusting the spring height ensures the desired contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. Operation is handled with ease using an insulated hook stick, and the switch is equipped with a dependable self-locking device.

Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35 meters/second; built to withstand challenging conditions.
Designed to endure seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; ensure installation sites are free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites must be free of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could severely compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work

Maintain peak performance by thoroughly removing dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior.
Inspect all parts for potential damage, dedicating special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface to ensure optimal functionality.
