Introducing the cutting-edge (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a pinnacle in isolation disconnect technology. Expertly crafted for high voltage power transmission and distribution lines of 10(12, 15, 24)kV, this switch is masterfully engineered to handle the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits with remarkable precision. It is designed to operate effectively without any load while maintaining presence under voltage, prioritizing the utmost in safety and reliability.

This switch is an engineering marvel tailored for single-phase deployment within three-phase line systems. Its brilliance lies in its straightforward structure, economic value, and ease of operation. The switch effortlessly handles rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Composed of a robust base, resilient post insulators, premium conductive parts, and a highly efficient mechanical section, it boasts an innovative gate knife structure for enhanced circuit functionality. Each phase’s gate knife includes two conductive blades, and external compression springs on both sides ensure exceptional contact pressure, adjustable via spring height. The operation is simplified with an insulated hook stick, accompanied by a self-locking device for increased security.

Working Environment:

Engineered to deliver peak performance at altitudes up to 1000 meters;

Capable of enduring ambient temperatures: with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;

Engineered to maintain superior performance amidst outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters/second;

Built to withstand seismic intensities of up to 8 degrees; ideally suited for installation sites with minimal severe vibrations.

For superior efficiency, the installation location should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment

Pre-installation work

  1. Ensure peak performance by diligently removing any dust and dirt from all components. Carefully cleanse the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to maintain its pristine condition.
  2. Thoroughly clean the wiring surface of the ground screw to guarantee optimal electrical contact.
  3. Enhance operational smoothness by applying industrial Vaseline to all rotating parts and contact areas as a protective measure.
  4. Conduct a thorough inspection of the contact surfaces. Adjust the height of the compression spring to ensure that the contact pressure meets the specifications outlined in Table II.
  5. This switch is crafted exclusively for hoisting use and is designed to function harmoniously with transformers on the line.
  6. The switch accommodates a rated current of 200-400 amperes with a standard three mounting holes configuration. For 600-1000A, the setup remains consistent with three mounting holes to ensure optimal stability.

Ensure durability by performing annual inspections of the following components:
Carefully eliminate any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of the insulating porcelain bottle to preserve its functionality.

Examine all components for potential damage, focusing particularly on the insulating porcelain bottle for any indications of damage or cracks.

Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part is in exemplary condition, ensuring efficient operation.
