Its iron core, crafted from high-conductivity, low-loss silicon steel, dramatically minimizes no-load losses, setting a new standard in transformer technology.

For high-voltage windings, we employ an innovative multi-layer structure, with products up to 500kVA boasting multi-layer low-voltage windings. For transformers rated 630kVA and above, a revolutionary new spiral type for low-voltage windings is implemented, significantly enhancing electrical performance and mechanical strength, especially during short circuit conditions.

A standout feature is its pan-seal structure, ingeniously designed to isolate the transformer oil from the ambient air, thereby preventing oil aging and significantly boosting operational reliability. The oil tank design ingeniously incorporates corrugated plates to seamlessly facilitate oil circulation and enhance heat dissipation.
