Introducing the (H)GWBEB type, a cutting-edge outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch. This innovative piece of technology is crafted for use on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It masterfully handles the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits while under voltage, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Engineered for single-phase application within three-phase line systems, this switch is celebrated for its simplistic architecture, affordability, and user-friendly operation. With available rated currents ranging from 200 to 1250 amps, it is adaptable to various needs. The switch comprises a base, sturdy post insulators, conductive components, and an efficient mechanical section. Its gate knife structure, featuring two conductive blades per phase, ensures seamless circuit interruption and closing. External compression springs provide the necessary contact pressure, which is easily adjustable for precision. Operated via an insulated hook stick, the switch incorporates a reliable self-locking mechanism for added security.
Working Environment:
The ideal installation height should be at or below 1000 meters above sea level;
The ambient temperature should not exceed +40°C or drop below -30°C;
The switch can withstand external wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
Designed to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, the installation site must be relatively stable without frequent severe vibrations.
Select an installation environment free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive elements that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
Should conditions surpass the specified normal use parameters, users are encouraged to consult with the company for tailored solutions.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Keep conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottles free from dirt for optimal performance.
Inspect all components diligently for any damage, with particular focus on ensuring the insulating porcelain bottle is free from cracks or defects.
Ensure the contact surfaces of conductive parts maintain excellent condition for reliable conductivity.
