(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, heralded also as an isolation disconnect switch, is masterfully engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is expertly crafted to manage the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, even when under voltage, without the load.
This switch, crafted for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems, is distinguished by its uncomplicated structure, economical design, and user-friendly nature. It boasts an array of available rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch's composition includes a sturdy base, robust post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a finely tuned mechanical section. The intuitive gate knife structure ensures precise circuit operation, utilizing two conductive blades per phase with external compression springs for optimal contact pressure. The innovative design allows for operation with an insulated hook stick, complemented by a built-in self-locking device ensuring reliability.
Working Environment:
Altitude: The installation height is capped at 1000 meters;
Ambient Temperature: Must not exceed a warm +40°C or drop below a chilly -30°C;
Outdoor Wind Speed: Must be kept under a breezy 35 meters/second;
Seismic Intensity: Should not surpass 8 degrees; the installation site must be devoid of frequent severe vibrations.
The installation vicinity must remain free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, and other explosive or corrosive elements that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY TO EXPLORE POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Perform an annual check on the following switch components to maintain optimal performance:
Efficiently remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface for sustained conductivity.
Conduct a comprehensive inspection for any damage, with a keen focus on spotting imperfections or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface, ensuring it maintains excellent condition.
