(H)GWBEB type Outdoor High-Voltage Isolation Switch stands as a pinnacle of engineering excellence, meticulously crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It elegantly facilitates the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, ensuring the presence of voltage while devoid of load.
Engineered for single-phase application within three-phase systems, this switch boasts a simplistic yet robust architecture that combines cost-effectiveness with user-friendly operation. It offers a spectrum of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch's anatomy consists of a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical assembly. Its innovative gate knife mechanism orchestrates circuit operations, with dual conductive blades per phase, reinforced by external compression springs. Precision in contact pressure is achieved through meticulous spring height adjustment. Operated via an insulated hook stick, this switch also includes a self-locking feature ensuring operational safety.
Working Environment:
Elevation must not surpass 1000 meters.
Ambient temperature parameters: maximum not exceeding +40°C; minimum not dipping below -30°C.
Maximum wind velocity for outdoor settings: 35 meters/second.
Seismic endurance at a maximum of 8 degrees; the installation locale must be free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites must be void of gases, chemical residues, salt mist, dust, or other harmful materials that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD YOUR REQUIREMENTS EXCEED THESE STANDARD CONDITIONS, WE ENCOURAGE USERS TO DISCUSS CUSTOM SOLUTIONS WITH US.
