Its standout features include a simple yet effective structure, affordability, and user-friendly operation. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it consists of a robust base, reliable post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a precision mechanical section. Our pioneering gate knife structure ensures smooth circuit operation, with each phase featuring two conductive blades complemented by external compression springs on each side. Fine-tuning spring height achieves optimal contact pressure. Operable via an insulated hook stick, it also boasts a self-locking device for secure engagement.
Working Environment:
Altitude: Must not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient Temperature: Peak temperature should not surpass +40°C, and must not fall below -30°C;
Wind Conditions: Outdoor wind speeds should remain under 35 meters/second;
Seismic Activity: Installation sites must have a seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees, with no exposure to frequent severe vibrations.
Location Restrictions: The installation area should be free from gases, chemical residues, salt mist, dirt, dust, or any explosive or corrosive elements that could compromise the switch's insulation integrity and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annual Maintenance: Regularly assess and maintain the following switch components each year:
Ensure all conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle are free from dirt and debris.
Inspect all components for any damage, giving particular attention to the integrity of the insulating porcelain bottle for potential cracks or damages.
Verify that all contact surfaces of conductive parts maintain optimal functionality and connectivity.
