Experience the unparalleled efficiency and reliability of the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as the isolation disconnect switch. Specially engineered for seamless operations on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, it ensures the flawless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits while voltage remains present.
This switch, designed for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, stands out for its simplicity, cost-efficiency, and user-friendly nature. It is available with rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, consisting of a robust base, sturdy post insulators, high-quality conductive parts, and a reliable mechanical section. Utilizing a gate knife structure for circuit operations, each phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades and external compression springs on both sides. Adjusting the spring height regulates the contact pressure for the switch's gate knife, guaranteeing optimal performance. Operated manually with an insulated hook stick, the switch comes with a self-locking device for added safety.
Working Environment:
Operates efficiently at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Withstands ambient temperatures ranging from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
Handles outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Endures seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, with installation sites free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive elements that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE ABOVE NORMAL USAGE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface for optimal functionality.
Examine all components for damage, giving special attention to any damages or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surface maintains excellent condition.
