Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also commonly referred to as an isolation disconnect switch. This essential component is meticulously engineered for seamless integration on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its primary function is to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load while a voltage is present, ensuring operational safety and reliability.
Crafted for single-phase use in a three-phase line system, this switch exemplifies simplicity, affordability, and ease of operation. It boasts a range of rated currents including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, making it versatile for various applications. Key structural components include a robust base, durable post insulators, high-quality conductive parts, and a reliable mechanical section. The ingenious gate knife structure ensures precise opening and closing of circuits. This mechanism includes two conductive blades per phase, accompanied by external compression springs on each side. The adjustable spring height allows for optimal contact pressure, ensuring flawless gate knife operation. The switch operation is facilitated via an insulated hook stick, designed for smooth opening and closing movements, complemented by a self-locking device for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Designed to excel at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Operates efficiently within an ambient temperature range: maximum up to +40°C and minimum down to -30°C;
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters/second;
Built to endure seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees; it is recommended that the installation site remains free from frequent severe vibrations to ensure optimal performance.
The installation location should be devoid of harmful gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components to ensure longevity and optimal performance:
Diligently clean dirt from all conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' exterior to maintain pristine conditions.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, with a particular focus on detecting any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive parts remains in excellent condition, as this is crucial for effective operation.
