Introducing the state-of-the-art (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as the isolation disconnect switch. Painstakingly crafted for use on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, this innovative switch excels in effortlessly managing the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits. It is designed to function effectively without a load, yet under the presence of voltage, ensuring unparalleled safety and dependability.

This switch is a triumph of engineering, tailored for single-phase application within three-phase line systems. Its standout features include a straightforward design, cost-efficiency, and intuitive operation. The switch is highly adaptable, supporting rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Its construction includes a durable base, resilient post insulators, premium conductive components, and a streamlined mechanical section. The revolutionary gate knife structure enhances circuit performance, with each phase's gate knife comprising dual conductive blades. Side-mounted external compression springs ensure optimal contact pressure, adjustable by altering spring height. Operating the switch is a breeze with an insulated hook stick, complemented by a handy self-locking mechanism for additional safety.

Working Environment:

Expertly crafted to perform seamlessly at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;

Engineered to withstand a range of ambient temperatures: maximum of +40°C; minimum of -30°C;

Designed to maintain optimal functionality with outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;

Robustly built to resist seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; ideally suited for installation sites with minimal severe vibrations.

To ensure peak functionality, the installation area must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly affect the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment

Pre-installation work

  1. To ensure peak performance, eliminate dust and grime from all components. Meticulously clean the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to preserve its quality.
  2. Diligently scrub the ground screw's wiring surface to ensure optimal electrical contact.
  3. For seamless operation, apply a protective coat of industrial Vaseline to all rotating parts and contact surfaces.
  4. Carefully inspect the contact surface. Adjust the compression spring height to align the contact pressure with the specifications laid out in Table II.
  5. This switch is specifically engineered for hoisting applications, designed to operate in synergy with transformers along the line.
  6. The switch accommodates rated currents of 200-400 ampere hours, typically using three mounting holes. For currents of 600-1000A, the configuration remains at three mounting holes for optimal balance and stability.

Ensure durability by performing annual inspections of the following components:
Thoroughly remove any impurities from conductive parts, contact areas, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to maintain optimal functionality.

Examine all components for potential damage meticulously. Pay close attention to any signs of damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.

Verify that the contact surface of the conductive component is in pristine condition to guarantee efficient operation.
