(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also revered as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This sophisticated device masterfully handles the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, offering unparalleled performance without load interruptions but with voltage present.
This innovative switch is specifically tailored for single-phase application within three-phase line systems, distinguished by its streamlined design, economic value, and user-friendly functionality. It comes in a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The essence of these switches lies in their base, post insulators, conductive components, and mechanical section. Utilizing a gate knife structure, the switch effortlessly manages circuit operations. Each phase gate knife is equipped with dual conductive blades and external compression springs on both sides, allowing for precise contact pressure adjustment by altering the spring height. The switch operation is facilitated by an insulated hook stick for seamless opening and closing, accompanied by a reliable self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
This switch is designed for optimal performance at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
The ambient temperature should remain within a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
It functions efficiently under outdoor wind speeds not surpassing 35 meters/second;
The switch can withstand seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees, with the installation site ideally free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of harmful gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN CONDITIONS EXCEED THE SPECIFIED NORMAL USE PARAMETERS, USERS ARE WELCOME TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct a meticulous annual inspection of the following switch components:
Diligently clean all dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surface to maintain optimal performance.
Thoroughly inspect all components for any signs of damage, with heightened focus on the insulating porcelain bottle for any cracks or breakages.
Ensure the conductive parts' contact surfaces remain in excellent condition for reliable performance.
