(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch is expertly crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Renowned as an isolation disconnect switch, it is designed to effortlessly open and close either single-phase or three-phase circuits without a load, even when voltage is present.
This innovatively engineered switch is ideal for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems. It boasts a straightforward design, affordability, and user-friendly operation. With rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches include a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical segment. The innovative gate knife structure ensures precise circuit opening and closing, with each phase's gate knife composed of dual conductive blades and external compression springs. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure is maintained for the gate knife. The switch is activated with an insulated hook stick for seamless opening and closing, complete with a self-locking mechanism.
Optimal Working Environment:
Altitude: Should not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient Temperature: Maximum not above +40°C; Minimum not below -30°C;
Outdoor Wind Speed: Should not surpass 35 meters/second;
Seismic Intensity: Should not exceed 8 degrees; Installation sites must be free from frequent or severe vibrations.
Installation sites should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Important Note:
SHOULD THE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS MENTIONED ABOVE BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS OPTIONS WITH THE COMPANY.

Annual Maintenance Recommendations:
Diligently remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface.
Examine all components for potential damage, with particular focus on detecting cracks or damage in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive parts remains in optimal condition.
