The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, commonly referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is ingeniously engineered for seamless integration on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This sophisticated device is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits, ensuring operations without load but with voltage presence, enhancing reliability and performance.
Designed for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts an uncomplicated structure, making it a cost-effective and user-friendly solution. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it features a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates circuit operations, where each gate knife includes two conductive blades equipped with external compression springs. Adjusting spring height fine-tunes the necessary contact pressure. Its operation, executed with an insulated hook stick, is further enhanced by a self-locking device, ensuring secure opening and closing actions.
Working Environment:
Operable at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures up to +40°C and as low as -30°C;
Designed to endure outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
Resilient against seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, with installation sites free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites should remain free from adverse environmental conditions such as gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that might severely compromise the switch’s insulation and conductivity integrity.
Note:
WHEN STANDARD OPERATING CONDITIONS ARE SURPASSED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENTER NEGOTIATIONS WITH OUR COMPANY FOR TAILORED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually, perform a comprehensive inspection of the following switch components:
Ensure the removal of dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain efficiency.
Conduct a thorough examination of all components for any signs of wear or damage, paying special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for potential damages or cracks.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part remains in prime condition.
