The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted to operate seamlessly on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is designed to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, even when voltage is present.
This versatile switch is tailored for single-phase operations within three-phase line systems, showcasing a simple yet robust structure. It delivers cost-effectiveness and user-friendly functionality, with available rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Composed of a base, sturdy post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section, it utilizes a gate knife structure for meticulous circuit control. Each phase's gate knife is equipped with two conductive blades and external compression springs on both sides. The precise adjustment of spring height ensures the necessary contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. Operated effortlessly with an insulated hook stick for opening and closing, it includes a self-locking device for enhanced security.
Working Environment:
Altitude: Must not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: Maximum should not surpass +40°C; minimum should not drop below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed: Must not exceed 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity: Should not exceed 8 degrees; installation site must be free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly affect the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, CUSTOMERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS WITH THE COMPANY FOR ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS.

Annual maintenance checklist: Ensure thorough inspection of the following switch components each year:
Diligently remove all dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surface to maintain optimal condition.
Check all components for any signs of damage, with particular attention to identifying any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition for reliable performance.
