(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also revered as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits seamlessly, without any load, while maintaining voltage presence.
The switch is tailored for single-phase application within three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward design, economic efficiency, and user-friendly operation. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches integrate a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and an intricate mechanical section. Employing a gate knife structure, each phase's gate knife is composed of dual conductive blades, enhanced by external compression springs on either side. By adjusting the spring height, the essential contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. An insulated hook stick facilitates the opening and closing maneuvers, complemented by a self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature conditions: maximum not surpassing +40°C; minimum not dipping below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed should not exceed 35 meters/second;
Seismic activity should not surpass 8 degrees; the installation site must remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, THE USER CAN NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation tasks
Conduct annual inspections of the following switch components:
Ensure removal of dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface.
Examine all components for potential damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any damage or cracks.
Ascertain the quality and integrity of the conductive part's contact surface.
