(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is designed to facilitate the safe opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without load but with voltage present, ensuring operational reliability and safety in demanding environments.
The switch is meticulously crafted for single-phase usage within three-phase line systems and stands out due to its straightforward structure, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. It offers a variety of rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch's robust architecture includes a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section, employing an innovative gate knife structure for circuit activation and deactivation. Each phase's gate knife is composed of two conductive blades, augmented by external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, the necessary contact pressure for the gate knife of the switch is accomplished. The switch is operated using an insulated hook stick for seamless opening and closing actions and is equipped with a reliable self-locking device to ensure secure operation.
Working Environment:
Ensure the installation altitude does not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature conditions: maximum temperature should not exceed +40°C; minimum should not drop below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed must not surpass 35 meters/second, ensuring stability under high wind conditions;
Seismic intensity should not exceed 8 degrees; the installation site should be free from frequent severe vibrations to maintain structural integrity.
The installation environment must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could severely impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct thorough annual inspections of the following switch components:
Diligently remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surface to maintain optimal functionality.
Inspect all components for any damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle to check for any damages or cracks that could compromise performance.
Ensure that the contact surface of the conductive part is in excellent condition to guarantee efficient operation.
