(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is masterfully engineered to function on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This innovative switch is uniquely designed to open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits seamlessly without any load, yet with voltage present.
This switch is perfectly suited for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, standing out with its straightforward design, economic value, and user-friendly operation. Offering rated currents ranging from 200 to 1250 amps, these switches are constructed with a robust base, resilient post insulators, reliable conductive parts, and a precise mechanical section. The sophisticated gate knife structure is crafted to facilitate the opening and closing of the circuit smoothly. Each phase's gate knife ingeniously comprises two conductive blades, enhanced by external compression springs on both sides. Ingeniously adjusting the spring height ensures optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. Effortless operation with an insulated hook stick for opening and closing actions is made even more secure with a self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Altitude should not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: must not surpass +40°C maximum; and should not drop below -30°C minimum;
Outdoor wind speed should be limited to 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees is acceptable; the installation area must be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation location should remain free from gases, chemical residues, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Meticulously remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surface to ensure peak performance.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, paying special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any cracks or damage.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition.
