The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also recognized as an isolation disconnect switch, has been specifically engineered for use in 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This innovative switch facilitates the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits safely and effectively without the need to handle the load, even when voltage is present. It’s an essential component for ensuring seamless power management across various infrastructures.
This switch, crafted for single-phase application in three-phase line systems, stands out due to its uncomplicated design, affordability, and user-friendly operation. Choose from an impressive range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The robust construction includes a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical segment. Utilizing a gate knife structure, it efficiently manages circuit operations. Each phase’s gate knife is comprised of dual conductive blades, with external compression springs ensuring optimal performance. By adjusting the spring height, the necessary contact pressure is meticulously maintained. The switch is activated using an insulated hook stick, ensuring safe and secure operations, and features a dependable self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Suitable for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Operable in ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Can withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Designed to endure seismic intensities of up to 8 degrees, ensuring reliability at sites with minimal severe vibrations.
The installation environment should be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that could adversely affect the switch’s insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annual Maintenance: Regularly inspect the following components to ensure continued reliability and performance:
Thoroughly clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain optimal conductivity and performance.
Inspect all parts for damage, with a particular focus on the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracking.
Ensure that the contact surface of the conductive part is in excellent condition, maintaining reliable connectivity.
