(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It facilitates the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without load but with voltage present.
This switch is expertly crafted for single-phase operations within three-phase line systems. It stands out with its straightforward design, exceptional cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly nature. The switch is available in an array of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Its robust structure includes a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section. The sophisticated gate knife structure ensures effortless circuit operation, with each phase's gate knife comprising two conductive blades, along with external compression springs on either side. Adjust the spring height to achieve the perfect contact pressure for peak performance. The switch's operation employs an insulated hook stick for flawless opening and closing actions and features a reliable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maximum not above +40°C; minimum not below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site should be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site should remain clear of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, THE USER CAN NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Perform an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Diligently remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to ensure optimal performance.
Inspect all components for potential damage, giving special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition.
