Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also renowned as the isolation disconnect switch. This cutting-edge equipment is expertly engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, adeptly handling the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, yet maintaining voltage presence.
This high-performance switch is specifically crafted for single-phase operations within three-phase line systems and stands out with its simplicity, cost-efficiency, and user-friendly nature. With a selection of rated currents from 200 to 1250 amps, these switches are composed of a robust base, sturdy post insulators, conductive elements, and a precise mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates seamless circuit management. Each phase's gate knife is fortified with dual conductive blades, externally supported by compression springs for optimal contact pressure adjustment. Operated with an insulated hook stick, this switch ensures secure opening and closing, further secured by a sophisticated self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Optimally designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ensures peak performance within ambient temperatures: with a maximum threshold of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Built to withstand outdoor wind speeds not surpassing 35 meters/second;
Engineered to endure seismic intensity levels up to 8 degrees, with installation sites free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other elements that could explosively or corrosively compromise the switch's insulation and conductive capabilities.
