(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is masterfully engineered for operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This essential device is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits while voltage is present, ensuring seamless operation without load.
The switch is crafted for single-phase use within three-phase line systems. It stands out for its straightforward design, affordability, and user-friendly operation. With an array of rated currents available - 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps - this versatile switch integrates a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. Utilizing a gate knife structure, it adeptly manages circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife includes two conductive blades complemented by external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, the required contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is effortlessly achieved. An insulated hook stick ensures smooth and safe operation, while a self-locking device adds an extra layer of security.
Working Environment:
Altitude must not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: ranges from a splendid maximum of +40°C to a chilly minimum of -30°C;
Outdoor wind velocity should not surpass 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity is limited to 8 degrees; installation sites should remain free from frequent severe vibrations to ensure optimal performance.
The installation site should remain devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Undertake an annual routine check of the following switch components:
Diligently remove any dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' exterior to maintain pristine conditions.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, with particular focus on the insulating porcelain bottle for any damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition for seamless operation.
