Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a cutting-edge solution in the realm of isolation disconnect switches. Crafted for excellence, this product is meticulously designed for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its primary function is to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits that are under voltage, albeit without load.
This innovative switch is perfected for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems. Standing out for its simplistic architecture, economic viability, and user-friendliness, it is available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch is an assembly of a sturdy base, durable post insulators, robust conductive parts, and a reliable mechanical section. A sophisticated gate knife structure facilitates seamless circuit opening and closing. In each phase, the gate knife is comprised of dual conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on either side. By adjusting the spring height, the necessary contact pressure is precisely achieved for the switch's gate knife. The switch is effortlessly operable via an insulated hook stick and is equipped with a secure self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters, ensuring optimal performance.
Thrives in ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C.
Engineered to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second.
Robust enough to endure seismic activities not exceeding 8 degrees, ideal for locations without frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site should be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could adversely affect the switch's insulation and conductivity, ensuring longevity and reliability.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, THE USER CAN NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Regular annual inspections are essential to ensure reliability; check and maintain the following parts of the switch:
Remove accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to maintain optimal performance.
Inspect all components for potential damage, with special attention to identifying any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface to ensure it is in excellent condition.
