The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly engineered for seamless integration with 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It serves the pivotal role of opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits while under voltage presence, yet devoid of load. This switch stands as a testament to precision design and reliability.
This switch is crafted for single-phase operations within three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward structure that ensures cost-effectiveness and ease of use. It supports rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Comprising a base, robust post insulators, conductive components, and a sophisticated mechanical section, the switch employs a gate knife structure to adeptly manage circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife integrates two conductive blades, enhanced by external compression springs on both sides. Adjusting these springs' height is crucial for establishing the necessary contact pressure of the switch's gate knife. With the convenience of an insulated hook stick, the switch promises efficient operational control for opening and closing procedures, complemented by an integral self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Optimized for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Designed to endure ambient temperatures, with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum threshold of -30°C;
Engineered to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Capable of enduring seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees; ideal installation sites are those free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD ANY OF THE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS BE SURPASSED, USERS ARE INVITED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR SUITABLE SOLUTIONS.

Annual Maintenance Checklist: Essential parts of the switch to inspect regularly include:
Diligently remove dirt from all conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle to maintain peak operational efficiency.
Conduct thorough inspections of all components for any damage, paying special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for possible cracks or damage.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive parts remains in excellent condition to ensure uninterrupted performance.
