(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, widely recognized as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It seamlessly enables the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, maintaining voltage presence while devoid of load.
Crafted for single-phase application within three-phase line systems, this switch exudes simplicity, cost-efficiency, and user-friendliness. It offers an array of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch's composition includes a durable base, robust post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a reliable mechanical section. It features a gate knife structure for circuit operations, each phase equipped with dual conductive blades and external compression springs. The springs' height can be adjusted to ensure optimal contact pressure. An insulated hook stick facilitates operational ease, complemented by a self-locking device for enhanced security.
Working Environment:
Installation is ideal at altitudes not surpassing 1000 meters;
Suited for ambient temperatures: maximum +40°C, minimum -30°C;
Designed for outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Handles seismic intensity up to 8 degrees; installation sites should remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
Ensure the installation site is devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE ABOVE NORMAL CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR ALTERNATIVES.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Eliminate dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior.
Diligently inspect all components for damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in impeccable condition.
