(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for utilization on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is meticulously engineered to effectively open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load but with voltage present, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments.
This switch is designed for single-phase application within three-phase line systems, boasting simplicity in structure, budget-friendly cost, and straightforward usability. The available rated currents are extensive, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, catering to diverse requirements. Composed of a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section, the switch implements a gate knife structure for efficient circuit operation. Each phase's gate knife is equipped with dual conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on both sides. Adjusting the spring height optimizes the necessary contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. Operated with an insulated hook stick, it offers seamless opening and closing actions and incorporates a self-locking device for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Operate effectively at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature range: maximum not above +40°C; minimum not below -30°C;
Designed to handle outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Built to withstand seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees. The installation site should avoid frequent severe vibrations to ensure optimal performance.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity, ensuring longevity and reliability.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually, conduct a thorough examination of the following switch components:
Carefully remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior to maintain performance integrity.
Inspect all parts meticulously for any signs of damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for cracks or other imperfections.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition to guarantee efficient operation.
