(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also revered as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This ingenious device adeptly opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits without bearing a load, yet with voltage present, offering unparalleled reliability in high-voltage environments.
Crafted for single-phase utilization within three-phase line systems, this switch is a paragon of simplicity, cost-effectiveness, and operational ease. You can choose from rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch is an assembly of a robust base, sturdy post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and an intuitive mechanical section. Utilizing a gate knife structure for circuit operations, each phase's gate knife is equipped with dual conductive blades and external compression springs on both sides, allowing for adjustable spring height to ensure optimal contact pressure. An insulated hook stick facilitates the smooth opening and closing of the switch, which is enhanced by a reliable self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Altitude: Not exceeding 1000 meters;
Temperature Range: Ambient temperature with a maximum ceiling of +40°C and no less than -30°C;
Wind Conditions: Outdoor wind speed should not surpass 35 meters per second;
Seismic Tolerance: Intensity must not exceed 8 degrees; the installation location should be devoid of frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could detrimentally impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE ABOVE-MENTIONED NORMAL USAGE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY TO ADDRESS SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components to ensure peak performance:
Thoroughly clean the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces of any dirt.
Inspect all components for potential damage, with special emphasis on detecting damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Evaluate the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface to ensure optimal connectivity.
