(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also widely recognized as an isolation disconnect switch, is ingeniously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is crafted to proficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without involving load, yet maintaining voltage presence.
This switch is expertly crafted for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems, distinguished by its uncomplicated design, remarkable cost-efficiency, and user-friendly operation. The range of available rated currents extends to 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Comprising a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical assembly, it utilizes a gate knife structure for effective circuit operation. Each phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades, flanked by external compression springs on either side. By adjusting the spring height, the optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. Operation is executed with an insulated hook stick, facilitating seamless opening and closing actions, complemented by a robust self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
The installation site must be at an altitude not surpassing 1000 meters;
Ambient temperatures should not exceed a maximum of +40°C and should not drop below a minimum of -30°C;
Outdoor wind speeds should remain below 35 meters per second;
Seismic intensity should not exceed 8 degrees, and the installation locale should be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The site for installation must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive elements that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductive efficiency.
Note:
WHEN NORMAL USAGE CONDITIONS EXCEED THE SPECIFIED LIMITS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Ensure the removal of any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain performance.
Examine all components for signs of damage, with particular attention to detecting cracks or damage on the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify the integrity of the contact surface on the conductive components, ensuring it is in optimal condition.
