Meet the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also referred to as an isolation disconnect switch. This expertly crafted device is tailored for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It proficiently manages the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits with the presence of voltage, yet without any load. Its design ensures optimal performance in a range of high-voltage scenarios.
Engineered for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out for its uncomplicated structure, economic efficiency, and user-friendly operation. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, the switch is an assembly of a sturdy base, resilient post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. It features a sophisticated gate knife structure for circuit operation, where each phase's gate knife includes two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on both sides. Adjustments to spring height ensure the precise contact pressure required for the gate knife's operation. The switch is manipulated through an insulated hook stick, providing seamless opening and closing actions, and a reliable self-locking mechanism ensures secure positioning.
Working Environment:
The altitude for operation should not surpass 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature parameters: A maximum temperature not exceeding +40°C, and a minimum threshold not dropping below -30°C;
Ensure that the outdoor wind speed remains within 35 meters/second;
The installation site must withstand seismic activities of no more than 8 degrees on the Richter scale, avoiding locations prone to frequent intense vibrations.
The chosen installation site should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following components to ensure optimal functionality:
Cleanse dirt from conductive elements, contact surfaces, and the surfaces of insulating porcelain bottles for maintained efficiency.
Scrutinize all components for potential damage, placing particular emphasis on inspecting the insulating porcelain bottle for signs of damage or cracking.
Verify the integrity of the contact surface on the conductive component to maintain superior performance.
