Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a masterful innovation also recognized as an isolation disconnect switch. Crafted for excellence, it serves the pivotal role of opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, all while handling voltage with remarkable precision but without load.
Designed with a focus on practical utility, this switch is the epitome of simplicity, affordability, and user-friendliness and is tailored for single-phase implementation in three-phase line systems. It comes in a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Constructed from a robust base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section, it incorporates a sophisticated gate knife structure for circuit operations. Each gate knife for distinct phases is equipped with dual conductive blades, balanced by external compression springs on either side, with adjustable spring height to ensure optimal contact pressure. Operational convenience is enhanced by an insulated hook stick for opening and closing, complete with a reliable self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Designed to perform flawlessly at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Built to withstand ambient temperatures with a maximum threshold of +40°C and a minimum limit of -30°C;
Engineered to resist outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
Capable of enduring seismic intensities up to 8 degrees and requires an installation site free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must remain free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, THE USER CAN NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR TAILORED SOLUTIONS.

Annual Maintenance Checklist: Ensure these vital parts of the switch are checked regularly:
Diligently remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surface to maintain impeccable performance.
Inspect all components for any damage, giving special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any cracks or damage.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface to ensure excellent performance.
