(H)GWBEB type, an innovative outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, has been meticulously engineered for deployment in 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This state-of-the-art device excels in opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits, ensuring seamless operation even with voltage present.
Tailored for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out due to its streamlined structure, unbeatable cost-efficiency, and straightforward usability. With available rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, the switch comprises a robust base, durable post insulators, precision-engineered conductive components, and a sophisticated mechanical section. Utilizing an innovative gate knife structure for effective circuit control, each phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades complimented by exterior compression springs on both sides. The adjustable spring height ensures optimal contact pressure for the gate knife's performance. Operated with an insulated hook stick, the switch includes a self-locking mechanism, ensuring secure operations.
Working Environment:
Designed to function flawlessly at altitudes up to 1000 meters;
Operates optimally within an ambient temperature range of +40°C to -30°C, adapting to diverse climatic conditions;
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters/second with unwavering stability;
Engineered to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, ensuring resilience in environments with minor vibrations.
The installation environment must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that could compromise the switch's insulation or conductivity efficiency.
Note:
SHOULD THE ABOVE NORMAL OPERATING CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of these critical switch components:
Meticulously remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces.
Inspect all parts for potential damage, particularly focusing on the insulating porcelain bottle to identify any cracks or compromises.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part maintains excellent condition and connectivity.
