Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, commonly referred to as an isolation disconnect switch. This state-of-the-art device is engineered for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is meticulously crafted to facilitate the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits under voltage conditions, yet without load, ensuring unparalleled performance and safety.
Designed for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out for its simplistic design, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. With a diverse range of rated currents—namely 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps—it's versatile and adaptable. The switch comprises a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. A sophisticated gate knife structure ensures efficient circuit operation, featuring dual conductive blades per phase, complemented by strategically placed external compression springs. These springs are adjustable in height for optimal contact pressure. Operational precision is guaranteed with an insulated hook stick for the opening and closing processes, complete with a self-locking feature for enhanced security.
Working Environment:
Optimized for altitudes not surpassing 1000 meters;
Withstands ambient temperatures with a peak of +40°C and a low of -30°C;
Capable of enduring outdoor wind velocities up to 35 meters/second;
Built to resist seismic intensities up to 8 degrees. Ideal installation sites should be free from frequent, severe vibrations.
Installation environments must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other harmful explosive or corrosive substances that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE STANDARD USAGE CONDITIONS BE SURPASSED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR ADJUSTED GUIDELINES.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct annual inspections to ensure optimal functionality of the following components:
Meticulously clear any dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface.
Scrutinize all parts diligently for potential damage, with particular focus on identifying any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surface remains in excellent condition.
