Product Description

(H) RW(F) series outdoor high voltage AC drop fuse (hereinafter referred to as "fuse") is meticulously designed for outdoor overhead distribution systems with a rated frequency of 50Hz and rated voltage of 10kV (12/15/35/40.5). This exceptional fuse serves as an indispensable protective component for circuits or electrical equipment during overloads or short circuit faults within power systems. In normal operation, the fuse is strategically connected in series, maintaining a tensioned state with a securely locked movable joint. Upon a line fault, the fault current triggers the fuse to blow, promptly releasing the movable joint, causing the fuse tube to drop rapidly and disconnect the circuit. This swift action ensures paramount safety protection for both line and equipment maintenance. Enhanced with an elastic contact and an arc extinguishing cover, the load type fuse surpasses the ordinary type by seamlessly opening and closing the load current in power systems.

The fuse is meticulously crafted to meet stringent technical standards such as GB / T 15166.3 - 2008 high voltage AC fuses - Part 3: injection fuses, DL / T 640 - 1997 outdoor AC high voltage drop tested fuses, and fuse links ordering technical conditions.

Working Environment:

Ambient temperature: -40°C to +40°C;

Relative humidity: the daily average does not exceed 95%, with the monthly average not surpassing 90%;

The altitude is capped at a maximum of 3000 meters;

Outdoor wind speed should not surpass 34 meters/second;

Installation site: must be free from fire, explosion hazards, and chemical corrosive gases, ensuring a well-ventilated location.
