Designed specifically for single-phase applications in three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a user-friendly design that is both cost-effective and supremely efficient. Its available rated currents range from 200 to 1250 amps, ensuring versatility across various needs. The switch is constructed with a solid base, durable post insulators, conductive parts, and a precise mechanical section. It features a gate knife structure for seamless circuit operation, with each phase’s gate knife equipped with two conductive blades and external compression springs. Fine-tuning the spring height provides optimal contact pressure, ensuring reliable performance. Conveniently operated with an insulated hook stick and featuring an intuitive self-locking device, this switch is a quintessential blend of simplicity and functionality.
Working Environment:
Altitude must not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature ranges: maximum up to +40°C and minimum down to -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed should be limited to 35 meters per second;
Seismic intensity must not surpass 8 degrees; the installation site must be free from frequent severe vibrations that could affect stability.
The installation locale should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impair the switch’s insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Perform an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Diligently remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles to maintain efficient performance.
Carefully examine all components for any signs of damage, with particular attention to inspecting the insulating porcelain bottles for cracks or other defects.
Ensure the contact surface of each conductive part is in optimal condition to uphold performance standards.
