Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a pivotal component also identified as an isolation disconnect switch. Specifically engineered for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, this switch adeptly manages the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits. While it handles circuits that are not loaded, it operates seamlessly under the presence of voltage, ensuring efficient system control.
This switch is innovatively crafted for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems. It stands out with its straightforward design, cost-efficiency, and user-friendly nature. The switch offers a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, ensuring adaptability to diverse needs. Composed of a robust base, reliable post insulators, conductive components, and a precise mechanical section, it utilizes a gate knife structure for optimal circuit maneuvering. Each phase's gate knife features two effective conductive blades, supported by external compression springs on either side. By adjusting the spring height, the essential contact pressure for the gate knife is maintained. The switch's operation is simplified with an insulated hook stick for executing opening and closing actions, complemented by a self-locking device for increased safety and stability.
Working Environment:
Perfect for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Temperature resilience: operational in ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C; and can withstand cold climates with a minimum of -30°C;
Engineered to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Designed for seismic environments, with a tolerance for seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; ideal for sites that do not experience frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual check-up to ensure optimal performance of the switch. Focus on the following aspects:
Regularly remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surface to maintain efficiency.
Inspect all parts for potential damage, with a particular focus on detecting any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify the integrity and quality of the contact surface of the conductive parts to ensure consistent performance.
