(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for seamless integration into 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This remarkable device efficiently handles the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, expertly maintaining voltage presence without load.
Crafted specifically for single-phase functionality within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out due to its simple yet effective structure, exceptional cost-efficiency, and user-friendly operation. Available rated currents include an impressive range of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch is composed of a robust base, sturdy post insulators, high-quality conductive parts, and a precise mechanical section. Opening and closing are achieved through the effective gate knife structure, with each phase's gate knife equipped with dual conductive blades and externally positioned compression springs for optimal contact pressure adjustment. The switch operation is facilitated by an insulated hook stick for ease and reliability, enhanced with a self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Altitude: Safely operable at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient Temperature: Performs optimally within a temperature range of +40°C maximum to -30°C minimum;
Wind Speed: Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Seismic Intensity: Rated for seismic activity not exceeding 8 degrees; installation sites should remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation area must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could adversely affect the switch's insulation and conductivity performance.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation Work
Annual Maintenance: Conduct a thorough annual inspection of the following switch parts:
Dirt Removal: Systematically remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle.
Damage Inspection: Examine all components for damage, with particular focus on inspecting the insulating porcelain bottle for potential cracks or flaws.
Contact Surface Check: Ensure that the contact surface of each conductive part is in optimal condition for efficient operation.
