Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, an innovative and versatile solution, also known as an isolation disconnect switch. Specifically engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, this switch efficiently manages the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, all while voltage remains present.
Designed with efficiency and practicality in mind, this switch is tailored for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems. It shines with a simple yet effective structure, offering a cost-effective and user-friendly solution. The switch accommodates rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, catering to diverse needs. Its construction includes a robust base, durable post insulators, reliable conductive parts, and a mechanical section that ensures seamless operation. The innovative gate knife structure enables precise opening and closing actions. Each phase's sophisticated gate knife features twin conductive blades alongside external compression springs, strategically positioned to offer optimal contact pressure. Adjustments to the spring height ensure the switch operates with precision. The switch is intuitively managed using an insulated hook stick, featuring a self-locking mechanism to secure operations effortlessly.

This high-performance switch is engineered for locations with altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Experience reliable functionality even in varying temperatures, with an ambient range from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
Resilient against outdoor conditions, it can withstand wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
Designed to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, suitable for areas free from frequent severe vibrations.
Ensure optimal operation by installing in environments free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other harmful explosive or corrosive mediums that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use, and Adjustment

Regular Annual Maintenance Checklist:

Inspect all components for any signs of damage, paying particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for cracks or defects.
