Specifically engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, this switch efficiently manages the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, all while voltage remains present.

Designed with efficiency and practicality in mind, this switch is tailored for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems. It shines with a simple yet effective structure, offering a cost-effective and user-friendly solution. The switch accommodates rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, catering to diverse needs. Its construction includes a robust base, durable post insulators, reliable conductive parts, and a mechanical section that ensures seamless operation. The innovative gate knife structure enables precise opening and closing actions. Each phase's sophisticated gate knife features twin conductive blades alongside external compression springs, strategically positioned to offer optimal contact pressure. Adjustments to the spring height ensure the switch operates with precision. The switch is intuitively managed using an insulated hook stick, featuring a self-locking mechanism to secure operations effortlessly.

Working Environment:

This high-performance switch is engineered for locations with altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;

Experience reliable functionality even in varying temperatures, with an ambient range from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;

Resilient against outdoor conditions, it can withstand wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;

Designed to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, suitable for areas free from frequent severe vibrations.

Installation, Use, and Adjustment

Pre-installation work

1. Prior to installation, it's crucial to meticulously remove dust and dirt from all components and ensure the insulating porcelain bottle surfaces are spotless.
2. Carefully scrub the wiring surfaces of the ground screw to maintain electrical integrity.
3. Apply a protective layer of industrial Vaseline to all rotating parts and contact areas to ensure smooth operation and prevent wear.
4. Verify the contact surfaces and adjust the compression spring heights to meet the specified pressure standards in Table II, ensuring optimal performance.
5. This switch is specifically designed for hoisting applications and is ideal for use in conjunction with transformers on the line.
6. For optimal performance, ensure the switch rated at 200-400 ampere hours uses three mounting holes, while models from 600-1000A also require three holes for secure installation.

Regular Annual Maintenance Checklist:
Diligently remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surfaces of insulating porcelain bottles, preserving the switch's efficiency.

Inspect all components for any signs of damage, paying particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for cracks or defects.

Ensure the contact surface of the conductive parts remains in excellent condition to maintain reliable operation.
