(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also revered as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It facilitates the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without carrying a load, yet maintaining voltage presence, offering unparalleled reliability and efficiency.
Designed primarily for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a straightforward configuration, promising cost-effectiveness and user-friendly operation. Its impressive range of rated currents spans 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, to 1250 amps. The switches are expertly crafted from a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and an ingenious mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure is adept at managing circuit open and close functions. Each gate knife of a phase consists of dual conductive blades, flanked by external compression springs on both sides. Precise contact pressure adjustments are achieved by modifying the spring height. The switch's operations—opening and closing—are conducted using an insulated hook stick, complemented by a robust self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Ideal altitude not surpassing 1000 meters;
Temperature range: maximum not to exceed +40°C and minimum not to dip below -30°C;
Outdoor wind velocity should be capped at 35 meters/second;
Seismic resilience of up to 8 degrees; installation sites must be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation area must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive elements that could significantly impair the switch's insulation properties and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS EXCEED THE NORMAL PARAMETERS, WE ARE OPEN TO CONSULTATION WITH THE USER FOR TAILORED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Ensure annual inspection of the following switch components:
Thoroughly clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surface to sustain pristine conditions.
Inspect all components for potential damage, focusing particularly on the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracking.
Confirm the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface to maintain impeccable performance.
