Introducing the (H) RW(F) series, an outdoor high voltage AC drop fuse designed with precision for the modern era of electrical systems. This cutting-edge solution is ideal for outdoor overhead distribution networks operating at a frequency of 50Hz, boasting a remarkable voltage range of 10kV (12/15/35/40.5). As a vital component for circuit protection, it ensures electrical equipment is safeguarded against overloads and short-circuits within power systems. During routine operations, it stays tensioned and securely locked, maintaining seamless connectivity on the power line. If a fault arises, its ingenious design enables the fault current to blow the fuse, triggering the release of the movable joint. This rapid response causes the fuse tube to drop swiftly, effectively cutting off the circuit and delivering essential safety protection during maintenance. Featuring an elastic contact and arc extinguishing cover, this load type fuse excels in efficiently managing the opening and closing of load currents within the power system.

Our fuse is meticulously engineered to meet stringent technical standards, including GB / T 15166.3 - 2008 for high voltage AC fuses, Part 3: injection fuses, and DL / T 640 - 1997 for outdoor AC high voltage drop tested fuses. These rigorous standards ensure superior performance and reliability under specific technical conditions.

Working Environment:

Designed for a broad ambient temperature spectrum ranging from a frosty -40°C to a balmy +40°C, this product guarantees resilient performance across varied climates.

With an impressive tolerance to relative humidity where the daily average does not exceed 95% and the monthly average stays below 90%, this fuse is crafted to thrive in high humidity environments.

It is adept for use at altitudes up to 3000 meters, making it suitable for a wide array of geographical settings.

Expertly engineered to withstand outdoor wind speeds of up to 34 meters per second, this fuse ensures stability and reliability even in blustery weather conditions.

The installation site must be devoid of fire, explosion dangers, and chemical corrosive gases while maintaining good ventilation to guarantee optimal performance and safety.
