Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a cutting-edge solution for managing voltage on your power transmission and distribution lines. This versatile isolation disconnect switch is specifically engineered for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage systems, seamlessly opening and closing both single-phase and three-phase circuits. It operates efficiently without a load, ensuring voltage is always present, making it the perfect choice for modern infrastructure.
Experience innovation with our switch designed for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems. Renowned for its simplicity, affordability, and user-friendly nature, it accommodates rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch is meticulously crafted, comprising a robust base, durable post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a reliable mechanical section. Our unique gate knife structure is employed for circuit operations, with each phase fortified by two conductive blades and external compression springs. Adjust the spring height effortlessly for optimal contact pressure. Operate the switch smoothly using an insulated hook stick, enhanced with a secure self-locking feature for added safety.
Working Environment:
Ideal for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature range: a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Built to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; installation sites should be free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN CONDITIONS BEYOND NORMAL USE ARISE, CUSTOMERS ARE WELCOME TO NEGOTIATE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components to ensure longevity and reliability:
Thoroughly clean conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottles to remove any accumulated dirt.
Inspect all components for potential damage, giving special attention to examining insulating porcelain bottles for any signs of cracks or damages.
Verify that the contact surfaces of conductive parts remain intact and effective.
