The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch is an exemplary innovation in electrical safety. Often referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, this advanced tool is engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It masterfully performs the task of opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits under the presence of voltage, ensuring no load is operational.
Ideal for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its straightforward design, cost-efficiency, and user-friendly operation. With a range of rated currents available – 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps – it offers versatile solutions. The switches are intricately constructed with a base, robust post insulators, reliable conductive parts, and a mechanical section. A sophisticated gate knife structure facilitates precise circuit operations. Each phase’s gate knife is composed of two durable conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on either side. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure is meticulously achieved. Operation is effortlessly managed with an insulated hook stick for secure opening and closing actions, featuring a built-in self-locking mechanism for added safety.
Working Environment:
The switch is designed to operate efficiently at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters, ensuring robust performance in diverse terrains.
It is engineered to withstand ambient temperatures ranging from a scorching +40°C to a chilly -30°C, adapting seamlessly to various climates.
With the capability to endure outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second, it promises unwavering reliability under harsh weather conditions.
The switch is built to resist seismic activities with intensities not exceeding 8 degrees, making it ideal for areas susceptible to mild tremors, provided the installation site remains free from frequent severe vibrations.
For optimal performance, the installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive elements that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annual inspections are crucial for maintaining the switch's integrity. Regularly examine the following components:
Ensure conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles are free from dirt to maintain high performance.
Inspect all parts diligently for any signs of damage, with extra attention to potential damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify the contact surface of the conductive part is in excellent condition to ensure seamless operation.
