(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also famously recognized as an isolation disconnect switch, is engineered with precision for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It excels in safely opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without carrying the load, yet maintaining voltage presence.
This switch is meticulously crafted for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, distinguished by its streamlined structure, affordability, and operational simplicity. Offered in an array of rated currents-200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps-these switches are composed of a robust base, sturdy post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section. Featuring a gate knife structure for circuit manipulation, each phase's gate knife is equipped with dual conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on both sides. The necessary contact pressure is achieved by adjusting the spring height. An insulated hook stick facilitates operation, with a built-in self-locking mechanism ensuring secure action.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maximum not above +40°C; minimum not below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site should remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Perform an annual check-up on the following switch components:
Thoroughly clear dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surface.
Inspect all components for damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part is in impeccable condition.
