(H) RW(F) series outdoor high voltage AC drop fuse, hereinafter known as 'fuse', is expertly engineered for outdoor overhead distribution systems. Designed for a rated frequency of 50Hz and a rated voltage extending to 10kV (12/15/35/40.5), this fuse stands as a cornerstone protective component against overloads or short circuits in power systems. During standard operations, it seamlessly integrates in series within the power line, maintaining a tensioned state with a secure movable joint. In the event of a line malfunction, the fault current decisively melts the fuse, prompting the release of the movable joint, enabling the fuse tube to drop swiftly and interrupt the circuit. This mechanism ensures robust safety measures for line and equipment maintenance. Enhanced with an elastic contact and arc extinguishing cover, this load-type fuse elevates its capability to manage load currents efficiently within power systems.

The fuse adheres to stringent technical standards, including GB / T 15166.3 - 2008 High Voltage AC Fuses - Part 3: Injection Fuses, and DL / T 640 - 1997 Outdoor AC High Voltage Drop Tested Fuses and Fuse Links Ordering Technical Conditions.

Working Environment:

Ambient temperature range: -40°C to +40°C;

Relative humidity: with a daily average not exceeding 95%, and a monthly average capped at 90%;

Altitude threshold: not surpassing 3000 meters;

Outdoor wind velocity: shall not exceed 34 meters per second;

Installation site requirements: must be free from fire, explosion hazards, chemical corrosive gases, and should be well-ventilated.
