  1. Amorphous Alloy Core: Made of iron, boron, and amorphous alloy materials, the core has a disordered atomic structure that requires low magnetization energy, offering exceptionally low excitation loss.
  2. Core Structure: Built with a three-phase five-post design, this compact core structure reduces height compared to three-phase three-post models. The rectangular cross-section and openable lower yoke simplify coil fitting.
  3. Winding Design: High-voltage windings use a multi-layer cylindrical structure, while low-voltage windings use copper foil, optimizing ampere-turn balance and reducing flux leakage. Reinforced with conductor tension and pressure technologies, the windings offer robust short-circuit resistance.
  4. Construction and Sealing: This transformer uses a fully-sealed oil-immersed structure with vacuum drying and oil filling, eliminating the need for an oil conservator.
  5. Reduced Loss: With load loss comparable to S9 series, the SBH11 series achieves 25% of the no-load loss of S9 models, while the SBH15 achieves just 20%.
  6. Maintenance-Free: The transformer operates without requiring oil changes, cutting maintenance costs and extending lifespan.
