(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, famously known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment across 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It enables the efficient and safe opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits while maintaining the presence of voltage, thus ensuring uninterrupted operations.
Our switch is specifically crafted for single-phase utilization within three-phase line systems, boasting a simplistic design, affordability, and user-friendly interface. The adaptable rated currents range from 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, to 1250 amps. This switch comprises components such as a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a robust mechanical section. It employs a sophisticated gate knife structure for seamless circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife includes two conductive blades, supported by external compression springs that can be adjusted to meet required contact pressures. The switch facilitates opening and closing actions through an insulated hook stick and includes a reliable self-locking device for enhanced safety.
Working Environment: Ensure Optimal Conditions
The switch is designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters, ensuring optimal performance.
Ambient temperature should remain within the range of a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C, safeguarding operational efficiency.
Outdoor wind speed should not surpass 35 meters/second to ensure durability and reliability.
Seismic intensity must not exceed 8 degrees. The installation site should be stable, with minimal exposure to severe vibrations.
The installation environment should be free of gases, corrosive chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, and dirt that could significantly impact the switch's insulation and conductive properties.
Note: Important Considerations
WHEN NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS WITH OUR COMPANY TO TAILOR-SUIT THEIR NEEDS.
Installation, Use, and Adjustment: Step-by-Step Guidance
Pre-installation Work: Preparation is Key
Annual Maintenance: Keep Your Switch in Prime Condition
Regularly remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surface to maintain optimal performance.
Carefully inspect all components for damage, paying particular attention to the integrity of the insulating porcelain bottle, checking for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surfaces of the conductive parts remain in excellent condition to guarantee reliable operations.
