(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It proficiently opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits in scenarios where loads are absent but voltage remains present, ensuring seamless operational functionality.
This switch is specifically tailored for single-phase application within three-phase line systems, boasting a design that emphasizes simplicity, cost-efficiency, and user-friendliness. Customers can select from an array of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch's robust construction includes a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. Its gate knife structure facilitates efficient circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife features a pair of conductive blades, accompanied by external compression springs on both sides. By deftly adjusting the spring height, the requisite contact pressure for the gate knife is achieved. The switch operations, including opening and closing actions, are executed with an insulated hook stick and feature a secure self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Altitude constraints: Must not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature guidelines: Maximum +40°C; Minimum -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed limitations: Should not surpass 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity should remain below 8 degrees; the installation site must not be subject to frequent severe vibrations, ensuring the switch's longevity and stability.
The installation environment must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Pre-installation work
It is essential to perform an annual check on the following parts of the switch to ensure continued reliable performance:
Conduct regular cleaning of conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surfaces to maintain impeccable performance.
Inspect all components for potential damage, with particular emphasis on identifying any harm or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure that the contact surfaces of the conductive parts remain in excellent condition.
