This switch is meticulously engineered for single-phase utilization within three-phase line systems, boasting a simple design, impressive cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. It offers a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch ensemble comprises a sturdy base, durable post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a mechanical section. The gate knife structure ensures precise circuit control. Each phase's gate knife is crafted with two meticulously designed conductive blades, featuring external compression springs on both sides. The adjustable spring height ensures the optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. An insulated hook stick facilitates the opening and closing operations, complemented by a reliable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Altitude: Not exceeding 1000 meters; ensuring optimal performance at moderate altitudes.
Ambient Temperature: Temperatures peak at a maximum of +40°C and dip no lower than -30°C, accommodating a broad range of environmental conditions.
Outdoor Wind Speed: Must not exceed 35 meters/second, maintaining structural integrity against strong winds.
Seismic Intensity: Should not surpass 8 degrees; the installation site must be free of frequent severe vibrations, preserving the switch's stability and functionality.
