Product Description

(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, revered for its reliability as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It enables the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without a load, yet with voltage present, ensuring robust and secure operation.

This switch is meticulously engineered for single-phase utilization within three-phase line systems, boasting a simple design, impressive cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. It offers a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch ensemble comprises a sturdy base, durable post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a mechanical section. The gate knife structure ensures precise circuit control. Each phase's gate knife is crafted with two meticulously designed conductive blades, featuring external compression springs on both sides. The adjustable spring height ensures the optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. An insulated hook stick facilitates the opening and closing operations, complemented by a reliable self-locking device.

Working Environment:

Altitude: Not exceeding 1000 meters; ensuring optimal performance at moderate altitudes.

Ambient Temperature: Temperatures peak at a maximum of +40°C and dip no lower than -30°C, accommodating a broad range of environmental conditions.

Outdoor Wind Speed: Must not exceed 35 meters/second, maintaining structural integrity against strong winds.

Seismic Intensity: Should not surpass 8 degrees; the installation site must be free of frequent severe vibrations, preserving the switch's stability and functionality.

Environmental Conditions: The installation site should be devoid of harmful gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive elements that could seriously impede the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Note:

WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, THE USER CAN NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY, ensuring customized solutions for exceptional scenarios.

Installation, Use and Adjustment

Pre-installation Work

  1. Thoroughly clean and remove any dust or dirt from the components, and meticulously wipe the surface of the insulating porcelain bottle for pristine functionality.
  2. Diligently scrub the wiring surface of the ground screw to ensure optimal connectivity and performance.
  3. Apply a protective layer of industrial Vaseline to the rotating parts and contact areas to safeguard against wear and enhance longevity.
  4. Meticulously inspect the contact surfaces and adjust the height of the compression spring to ensure contact pressure aligns with the specifications in Table II.
  5. Designed exclusively for hoisting use, this switch is made to work in harmony with the transformer on the line, ensuring seamless integration and operation.
  6. Rated Current Specifications: The switch accommodates 200-400 ampere hours with three standard mounting holes. For 600-1000A applications, three mounting holes are standard, ensuring robust installation.

Regular Yearly Maintenance: Conduct a thorough annual inspection to keep the switch in peak condition.
Ensure that all dirt is meticulously removed from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surface to maintain high performance.

Vigilantly inspect all components for damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks, ensuring safety and reliability.

Confirm that the contact surface of the conductive parts remains in optimal condition for efficient operation.
