Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known in the industry as an isolation disconnect switch. This exceptional piece of engineering is specifically crafted for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its primary function is to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without bearing any load, but while maintaining the presence of voltage.
Our switch is designed for single-phase application within three-phase line systems, boasting a simplistic yet efficient structure that ensures cost-effectiveness and user-friendliness. The available rated currents include a diverse range of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, catering to varied operational demands. The switch comprises essential elements including a sturdy base, reliable post insulators, superior conductive parts, and a precision-engineered mechanical section. Utilizing a gate knife structure for circuit control, each phase's gate knife is equipped with dual conductive blades. External compression springs are strategically positioned on both sides, allowing for precise contact pressure adjustments by modifying the spring height. For ease of operation, an insulated hook stick facilitates the opening and closing actions. Additionally, a self-locking device enhances operational security.
Working Environment:
This switch is engineered for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
It thrives in ambient temperatures ranging from a maximum of +40°C to a chilling minimum of -30°C;
Capable of enduring outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Designed to withstand seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees, ensuring reliability in areas with infrequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could seriously compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE STANDARD USAGE CONDITIONS DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE EXCEEDED, USERS HAVE THE OPTION TO DISCUSS CUSTOM ARRANGEMENTS WITH OUR COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually, conduct a meticulous inspection of the following switch components:
Thoroughly clean dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles to maintain optimal performance.
Inspect all parts for any signs of damage, with a keen focus on identifying any potential cracks or damage to the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify the integrity of the contact surface on the conductive parts to ensure flawless operation.
