Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as the isolation disconnect switch. This cutting-edge device is engineered to serve efficiently on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Designed for opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without load but with voltage, this switch is your go-to solution for secure and effective voltage management.
Built for single-phase utilization in three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its uncomplicated structure, affordability, and user-friendly operation. The available rated currents span 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Each switch is composed of a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical mechanism. The circuit's open and close functions are performed using a gate knife structure. Each phase's gate knife features two conductive blades, with external compression springs on both sides, allowing for adjustable spring height to ensure optimal contact pressure. For operations, an insulated hook stick facilitates opening and closing, supplemented with a self-locking device for added safety.
Working Environment:
Altitude: Ensure it does not exceed 1000 meters for optimal operation.
Ambient Temperature: Operates efficiently with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C.
Wind Conditions: Tolerates outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second.
Seismic Resistance: Withstands seismic intensities of up to 8 degrees; installation sites should be free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installations should avoid environments with gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS EXCEED NORMAL PARAMETERS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.

Annual Maintenance: Conduct comprehensive checks on the following parts of the switch regularly every year:
Clean conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottles to ensure optimal performance.
Inspect all components for any damage, with particular attention to the integrity of the insulating porcelain bottle, checking for any cracks or damage.
Assess the quality of the contact surface of the conductive parts to ensure they are in good condition.
